Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data modeling and stakeholder interviews
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Create and maintain process flows, data dictionaries, and user documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize software solutions
- Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights through executive dashboards
- Facilitate requirement workshops and present findings to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within IT or financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and process automation
