Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define project scope and objectives
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or FinTech
- Expertise in requirement gathering, JIRA, and Agile methodologies
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PMP preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
