Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) as Scrum Master
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solution alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in tech sector
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM preferred)
- Proven track record of requirements documentation and process mapping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
