Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making and reporting.
- Create process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities.
- Prepare and present findings to management to drive business strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to learn new software tools and methodologies quickly.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
