- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed requirements documentation and user stories
- Develop data models and perform data analysis to support strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through visual dashboards and reports
- Document business rules and process flows
- Facilitate workshops to gather and validate requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
