Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, pain points, and objectives, translating them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and UI/UX wireframes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units, facilitating workshops and presentations.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Agile Leadership: Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or agency environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Dallas, TX.
