Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (stakeholders, developers, QA) to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Develop detailed process maps, use cases, and user stories using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to optimize business efficiency.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and functional specifications.
- Facilitate requirement reviews and sprint planning meetings to ensure alignment across the team.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
