Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, requirements, and process improvement opportunities.
- Conduct detailed data analysis using SQL and Excel to generate reports and dashboards.
- Design and maintain comprehensive business requirements documents (BRD) and technical specifications.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process efficiency and recommend solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Manage the daily pay processing workflow to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
