Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Document detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with software developers and QA teams during the SDLC.
- Create data models and perform gap analysis to ensure project success.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and project sponsors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working within an Agile or Scrum environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Information Technology.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
