Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document reviews to define business needs and solutions.
- Design and document detailed business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications using UML and BPMN standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to ensure technical feasibility.
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements that align with organizational goals.
- Create data models and reports to support decision-making and track the success of implemented solutions.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the software industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and familiarity with JIRA or Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
