Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for complex software projects.
- Translate business needs into functional user stories and detailed technical specifications for the development team.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams, wireframes, and data models using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or JIRA.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Proven experience working within an Agile/Scrum development lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
