Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for complex software projects.
• Translate business needs into functional user stories and detailed technical specifications for the development team.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working within an Agile/Scrum development lifecycle.
