Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and elicitation sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to define business needs.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Create detailed process maps, use case diagrams, and functional specifications using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and ROI.
- Monitor project KPIs and report on project status, risks, and deliverables to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the technology or automotive industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and requirements management software (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.
