What You Will Do:
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will assist senior analysts in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting IT projects. You will learn to translate complex business needs into technical solutions while honing your analytical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams, wireframes, and user stories using standard modeling tools.
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to identify business needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT developers and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field preferred.
- No prior professional experience required; we are looking for eager learners.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
