Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support data analysis projects to identify trends and process inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with the IT and Operations teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
- Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and functional requirements documentation.
- Participate in requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor project progress and assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization tools (training provided).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
