Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data modeling and workflow diagrams
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and validate business needs
- Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Lead UAT sessions and ensure seamless implementation of new features
- Document and communicate process changes across the organization
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or financial services
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into technical specifications
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
