Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Develop KPI dashboards and reports using SQL and Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts to business teams
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Create project documentation including BRDs, SOWs, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with development teams during implementation phases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech/finance sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VBA), and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certifications (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with process mapping and requirements gathering frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables required
