Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, QA, and architects) to ensure a deep understanding of system capabilities and limitations.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and future system requirements to identify improvement opportunities.
- Create detailed process flows, use case diagrams, and wireframes to visualize system logic and user interactions.
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate user training sessions to ensure successful system adoption.
- Monitor project milestones and identify potential risks or blockers early in the SDLC.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is highly preferred.
