We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to drive digital transformation at Apex Digital Solutions. In this full-time role, you will act as a strategic partner to our stakeholders, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution.

What You Will Do
- Conduct in-depth interviews with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for development teams.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process maps, use cases, and wireframes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations) to ensure project deliverables meet business goals.
- Monitor project milestones and identify potential risks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization and digital transformation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using Visio or similar tools.
- Act as the liaison between technical teams (developers/engineers) and non-technical business units.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Train end-users on new processes and system functionalities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
