Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct comprehensive interviews, workshops, and documentation sessions to elicit clear, detailed requirements from stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Process Modeling: Create and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and user stories using industry-standard tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or JIRA.
- Gap Analysis: Perform gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current business processes and desired future states, proposing solutions to bridge the gap.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams, translating complex technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
- Testing & QA Support: Design test plans and test cases to validate system functionality and ensure business requirements are met during the UAT phase.
- Data Analysis: Analyze business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
