We are seeking a Results-Driven Business Analyst to join our growing team in Columbus, Ohio. In this full-time role, you will serve as the critical link between our technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that our digital solutions drive real business value.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Engineering) to elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional requirements.
- Design and maintain robust Business Process Models (BPMN), User Stories, and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and regular status updates.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines within the Ohio region.
- Perform gap analysis between current state processes and future state solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI preferred).
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
