Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder analysis to define business needs.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams (developers/engineers) and business units to ensure clear communication of project goals.
- Design and document detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows using industry-standard tools.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with QA teams to create test plans and acceptance criteria, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
