Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.

- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between IT, Product Management, and business units.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation including user stories, use cases, and system specifications.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Excel to analyze data trends and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
