Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis for various business initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, use cases, and functional requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management on key milestones.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
