Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics
- Develop detailed user stories, process flows, and data models for new product features
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Create and maintain project documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and wireframes
- Track KPIs and generate performance reports to guide strategic decisions
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure delivery excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping tools (Visio/Lucidchart)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirements elicitation techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
