Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst in tech or manufacturing
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
