Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL and Excel
- Develop test cases and validate system functionality against business needs
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain product backlogs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with requirements documentation (SRS, BRD)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
