Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align cross-functional teams
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure project success and business impact
- Perform data analysis using SQL and visualization tools to support decision-making
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular progress updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) a plus
- Proven track record of delivering requirements for complex projects
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
