Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and process flows
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams on project goals
- Develop test cases and validate solutions to ensure quality deliverables
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs using Agile methodologies
- Document system specifications and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience documenting requirements in UML or similar formats
- Ability to start immediately and commit to a 6-month contract
