Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to uncover process gaps.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation, including process flows, data models, and use cases.
- Perform gap analysis to ensure solutions align with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Monitor project KPIs and report on progress to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project.
