Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers and developers, to ensure project goals are met.
- Design and document business process models, workflows, and system requirements.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Perform gap analysis to evaluate current systems against business needs and recommend solutions.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure they align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) and data visualization.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
