Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document business requirements and processes
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed reports and visualizations using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI
- Assist in developing project roadmaps and implementation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and validate requirements
- Support testing phases of new system deployments
- Maintain process documentation and knowledge repositories
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL preferred)
