Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into detailed technical requirements and user stories

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align cross-functional teams
- Develop process flows, wireframes, and documentation
- Create and maintain KPI dashboards for executive reporting
- Validate solutions through UAT and implementation support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in energy/tech sector
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering on tight deadlines
