Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools for key stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement gathering
