Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create process flow diagrams, data models, and user stories
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Develop clear documentation including specifications and test cases
- Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support QA testing and implementation of new systems
- Continuously improve processes through feedback loops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
