Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze data trends using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify growth opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document processes with Visio/Jira
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and track project milestones in Jira
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using Tableau
- Validate system solutions through UAT and coordinate implementation
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in SaaS or tech
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA/macros
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM preferred)
- Strong data visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Process mapping with BPMN or UML
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
