Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding IT, operations, and managementâto define business requirements and functional specifications.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Design and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership teams.
- Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to recommend solutions that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
