Responsibilities
- Define and Drive Product Vision: Own the product roadmap, strategy, and backlog for high-impact enterprise features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional user experiences on time and within budget.
- Execute Agile Methodologies: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain a high-velocity development environment.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and user feedback to identify market trends, prioritize initiatives, and measure product success.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex product strategies to executive leadership and external clients with clarity and confidence.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience in the B2B SaaS or technology sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and technical architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Agile/Scrum: Demonstrated experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex problems and delivering results in a fast-paced, startup environment.
