Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and gap analysis for complex corporate projects.
- Develop detailed business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications to guide development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding IT, Operations, and Salesâto define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in business analysis or project management within a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall project lifecycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business requirements.
