Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from conception to delivery
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) using JIRA and Confluence
- Coordinate 5+ cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Present executive-level status reports and ROI analysis to stakeholders
- Implement continuous improvement processes for team efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong background in SaaS or digital product delivery
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with resource allocation and budget forecasting
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
