Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize delivery velocity and quality
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks through rigorous risk management protocols
- Drive stakeholder communication with executive leadership and external partners
- Track KPIs and deliverables using JIRA, Asana, and other PM tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or infrastructure
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven success managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $1M
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and Waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience directing cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (JIRA, MS Project, Asana)
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
