- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Analyze data trends using SQL and Excel to identify operational inefficiencies

- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI reports for client presentations
- Support UAT testing and documentation of system changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of business analysis or internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database structures
