- Oversee budget adherence and financial reporting processes
- Coach and mentor junior project team members
- Implement continuous improvement in project delivery practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven experience with Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Expertise in Agile frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industry preferred
