Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular status reports and presentations
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or software development
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
