Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure
- Stakeholder alignment across technical, business, and executive teams
- Agile/Scrum methodologies implementation and optimization
- Resource allocation and cross-functional team coordination
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution
- Budget management and financial reporting
- Performance metrics tracking and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT or SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time/budget
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
