- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and future business goals to recommend scalable solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication between IT teams and non-technical business units.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular progress updates on project milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management lifecycles.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems under tight deadlines.
