Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder communication and expectation management across executive, technical, and client teams
- Resource allocation and budget management with P&L responsibility
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution throughout project phases
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize delivery velocity
- Team leadership and mentorship of junior project staff
- Compliance with industry standards and organizational governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven success managing enterprise-scale projects with $1M+ budgets
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar PM tools
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with C-suite stakeholders
- Experience with remote/hybrid team coordination
