Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise IT infrastructure upgrades and digital transformation initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments including engineering, security, and business units
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service integrations
- Present executive-level progress reports and strategic recommendations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and corporate governance policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive IT project management experience in corporate environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success managing complex enterprise technology projects with budgets exceeding $1M
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in healthcare or financial services technology highly desirable
