Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage project plans, roadmaps, and sprint schedules.
- Facilitate regular stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews to maintain alignment and transparency.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges proactively.
- Manage cross-functional team dynamics, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Report project status, metrics, and financials to executive leadership on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management within the corporate or defense sector.
- Proven experience managing large-scale software development, cloud migration, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile, Scrum, and PMI methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
- PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or project site visits.
