Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze operational data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document business processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL and Power BI
- Validate system changes through UAT and regression testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on agile development cycles
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years as Business Analyst in tech/manufacturing/finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Financial services or SaaS industry background preferred
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) considered
