Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, requirements, and workflows to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including BRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and KPI tracking
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams
- Implement and maintain data quality controls and validation rules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and workflow mapping tools
